Amboy x Tanqueray
A product/lifestyle photoshoot done to highlight the collaboration between Alvin Cailan’s burger and meat shop Amboy, and London dry gin brand Tanqueray. Amboy is another addition to Cailan’s already stacked repertoire of restaurants and eateries, which includes the likes of Umami Burger and Eggslut.
The Damn Fancy Burger & Gin Ricky
Alvin Cailan created the burger in Amboy’s kitchen, which prides itself on a straight forward, “quality over quantity” approach when it comes to ingredients in burger making. The cocktail is a custom Gin Ricky from Cailanusing Tanqueray gin and a lime twist impaled with the signature “Damn Fancy” pick.
